Ok, here is the tipsy chicken. I had to truss the legs with a rubber band because there was a huge gaping hole where the beer can was and it was a bit embarrasing for the poor thing. It looked like there was more "hole" than chicken. It looks like it would be best right out of the oven, but I figure it will be passable after re-warming.
