They're ugly, but we like them. A good samaritan picked up these 10 "kittens" on the side of the road where their mom had been hit by a car. Oddly enough , they have all survived and now are waiting for a spot for a soft release by the "real" wildlife rehab folks. We have permits to treat and hold them, and could do the whole thing if we had a good place to release, but we don't. Hopefully we will be able to get them into the rehab soon and get them out on their own.
