This was the first time I had been to TKD since the first lesson......WOW! They have really learned a LOT in a short time. I was so proud. My boy was following directions and doing all sorts of things. It moves really fast and they never stop going, so he keeps his focus.
I would really recommend that anyone with an ADD kid do this for them. It has made a lot of difference for Porkchop already.
