What's for Dinner?

CHICKEN BREASTS IN SOUR CREAM

12 chicken breasts, skinless/boneless
4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 sticks butter ( always )
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
Bread crumbs

Wash chicken, pat dry. In large bowl combine sour cream, lemon juice and seasonings.
Roll chicken breasts in sour cream mixture coating thoroughly. cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove chicken breasts, taking up as much sour cream as possible.
Roll in bread crumbs to coat well.
Place in baking dish.
Melt butter ,pour half over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour remaining butter over chicken and bake 15 minutes more. Serves 12.

Ok, I am going to make this tonight I think, but I may have to half the butter. I am thinking that the thing will be swimming in it with two whole sticks. I am going to cut it down anyway, I wouldn't want to use 12 chicken breasts in a new recipe that might not turn out! It looks simple, so it ought to be ok. I'll take pictures and post later!

Also on the menu:
Green beans - bought at the Farmer's market and cooking right now.
Yellow Squash - cooked with onions today, then made into little fritter thingies another day
Sliced Tomatoes - Big red ones - yum-o
Mac-N-Cheese - Kraft deluxe box variety, nothin' but the best ( yuck)
Turnip Greens - gotta have some fiber!
