The weekend sleepover for both kids was a big success. Mom and Dad got to go out to dinner somewhere that they don't bring crayons to the table and we got to watch what we wanted on tv. The only cloudy moment in the weekend ( besides the obvious rain outside) was a frantic call from the hosting mom, reporting that she had run over the girl's pink glasses with the lawnmower. She was so worried that I was going to be upset...but hey, as long as they weren't on her FACE when they got mowed, I don't care. We have a backup pair, but they are brown and we can't make it without glasses that express our personality, so.......we will be going to Eyemasters one day this week!
